Limits tied to your plan
cpuCount/cpu_count and memoryMB/memory_mb are build parameters, and your plan limit only validates them. Rebuilding without them writes the defaults of 2 vCPU and 1024 MiB, which can leave your sandboxes smaller than before. Disk is different: it is read from your plan at build time, so a plain rebuild is enough.Build timeouts

429 from a build you thought was gone. To free the slot immediately, run the build again with the same template name and tag. That supersedes the stranded build and releases its slot. Deleting the template also works.The build was canceled because it was superseded by a newer one.
